Continued Company Growth
In late 2011, Ryan and Brad Alani teamed up to launch Quick SWPPP. With Brad’s background as a civil engineer and Ryan’s sales/business skills, the two made a dynamic duo. Taking the divide and conquer approach, Brad and Ryan built Quick SWPPP from the ground up to become a staple and go-to SWPPP services provider for many homebuilders, general contractors, and developers in Northern California with a focus on the SF Bay Area.
Starting as just two, the Quick SWPPP team is now over 10 staff members!
Avid sports fans when not working, Brad and Ryan enjoy attending bay area live sporting events and can be spotted out on a hike in the East Bay Trails, or at one of the many bay area restaurants, taverns and wineries on the weekends.

Brad is the Co-Founder and manages the day to day operations of the QSD, QSP, and Post Construction Maintenance staff.
Prior to co-founding Quick SWPPP in 2011, Brad worked as a consulting civil design engineer at one of the top firms in the Bay Area. During this time, he obtained his Professional Engineering license, as well as his Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner licenses. Working as a design engineer for many years, Brad was exposed to SWPPP and found his calling to make an impact on the world.
Brad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California - Davis and is a registered QSD/QSP.

Ryan is the Co-Founder and is responsible for the business development at Quick SWPPP.
Prior to co-founding Quick SWPPP in 2011, Ryan worked at an Environmental Engineering company where he was first exposed to the environmental sciences discipline. From there, Ryan worked in mid and large size technology companies in Silicon Valley as a mechanical engineer and gained valuable experience in many facets of business, including daily operations, culture, sales, finance and marketing.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office to handle all of Quick SWPPP’s intellectual property.

Heather is responsible for all aspects of the Accounting Department, Contract Administration, and In-House Sales.
Prior to joining Quick SWPPP in 2020, Heather spent 12 years as the Administrative and HR Manager at one of the top civil engineering firms in the Bay Area and 2 years as the Office and HR Manager at a prestigious architectural firm in San Francisco.
