Water Pollution Control Plans (WPCP)

wpc

What is a WPCP? Often, cities, counties and various municipalities require a Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) for projects with a disturbed soil area less than 1 acre. While a WPCP does not require the same site assessment and analysis required by a SWPPP. A WPCP's intent is the same as a SWPPP's, and that is to protect California's waterways from stormwater pollution resulting from construction activity.

We can help you throughout ALL of your WPCP needs, including:

  • Creating the complete WPCP document (hard and electronic copies)
  • Creating a Water Pollution Control Plan/Erosion Control Plan specifying the required BMP's used for your specific project
  • Coordination with local jurisdiction reviewing WPCP to address any specific comments and/or revisions
